Why ORION?
ORION is a solution that arose from the need of several of our clients to adapt their traditional contracting processes to digital onboarding. BABEL always wants to help its clients, and this is now used as a solid basis for working with any client with similar needs. Several evolutions have been made according to the local environment and regulations of each country, and we integrate the solutions of our partner Electronic ID, one of the world's leading lights in terms of shaping digital identity.
The challenge
The challenge of ORION is to keep up-to-date in the different sectors or customers, where UX/UI follows the design lines established at home, regulatory changes to comply with current law at all times, and integration possibilities with the core systems of any company (CRM, ERP, Banking Core, etc.).
What and how we did it
100 % digital onboarding solution based on an independent Angular front-end in a web component architecture, helping us integrate into other systems of our clients. In addition to this, a Middleware layer or services based on node.js and a back-end to parametrise the different workflows under BPMN 2.0 notation and to parametrise a rules engine to facilitate the scaling of business cases. During the process, different eID solutions are connected to perform biometric identification, document OCR, and digital signature, among others.
