We know that today’s digital consumer is a hyperactive, informed user with extensive knowledge of the market and its environment, and is therefore increasingly demanding, and seeks greater personal recognition and a better experience with regard to the service or products he/she consumes.
BABEL therefore focuses on designing business strategies that aim to generate value, combining people’s needs with what is technologically feasible and with a viable business strategy, while generating value for users and creating opportunities for the market.
We use Lean UX methodologies and Design Thinking philosophies, seeking creative ideas and diverse approaches to define fast products, balancing desirability with technical and financial viability.
We aim to shorten working times (weeks rather than months), by combining the best of agility and Design Thinking, ensuring productivity and satisfaction of the target audience in order to improve the results of any company while also increasing the percentage of success, doing away with anything that provides the customer with nothing useful.
We use the same ingredients but with different recipes. We adapt our cuisine to the needs of each client.
We focus on the user, embarking on each of the phases serving to provide a comprehensive response to their needs, from research using qualitative and quantitative techniques for a comprehensive vision, always seeking to listen to the data in order to support our design decisions with evidence. Including the defining and identifying of friction points for the user, creating people, analysing journeys, organising the information architecture, devising quickly and testing with the users themselves to debug and optimise a validated solution to then streamline construction. To do this, designers and developers work in sync to ensure an understanding and technical feasibility of the development.
However, the work is not done once we are deployed in production. We measure, optimise, and measure again.
Once our work is complete, we like to record what we have done in writing using a Design System, a single, reliable source of truth that enables us to standardise and give visual consistency to developments, a series of design principles and rules of use that make up an ecosystem of patterns ready for use in building new digital products.
In short, we use the same ingredients but with different recipes for each client. We adapt our cuisine to each need, selecting the right techniques for each project and situation.

We know that technology takes over our lives, which is why our clients’ expectations are growing and they are looking for omnichannel, consistent, global and personalised experiences to connect people with brands. Given all this, we design experiences based on a wide variety of human-machine interactions, from the most commonplace web, mobile, tablets, wearables… to voice interactions.
Ultimately, we look for products that help our client reach dominant positions in their markets and create lasting memories for people.
