
The focus of the
Technical Project Office (TPO) established by the
Andalusian Health Service is geared to
Support for Services provided by the Sub-Directorate Areas, in a way such that it is possible to increase the management capacities of ICT Projects and Services.
BABEL (together with Sopra) approaches the creation of the TPO with a view to bringing the highest added value to the Andalucian Health Service, directing its efforts toward the rolling out and driving through of projects, with an attitude of engagement, proactivity and maximum autonomy in response to the different tasks to be performed, covering the areas of
Infrastructures, Development, Business Intelligence, Architecture and Interoperability.
This service has been able to significantly improve business
user satisfaction with the applications rolled out, as well as significantly reducing
implementation time.
