Design and implementation of a platform to support the gamification initiatives of the telesales department at Orange, with the goal of driving sales activity.
Gamification involves applying ‘gaming’ elements and techniques to improve a corporate business process, combining play with professional elements. It seeks to stimulate motivation on the job with a fresh and different activity, and incentivise the sales results of platforms by rewarding them for their sales.
The sales indicators were grouped by teams and shown on the screens at the contact centre, within a game dynamic, which could serve as a new virtual scenario for conquests, sports competition, etc. Enables interaction between the different teams to generate (healthy) competition and share videos and group photos to foster a sense of belonging.
Adaptability: Accepts different themes (creative metaphors) to achieve a varied game.
Engagement: Multimedia content that increases the attractiveness and motivation toward the dynamic.
Tracking: Supports the rapid visibility of the overall results of the campaigns.
Communication: Enables players and organisers to exchange messages and form a community.
