In 2017 Quirón Salud took over four prevention companies (Fraterprevención, Premap, MC, Unipresalud) to create Quirón Prevención. During the merger, the need arose to create a new, unified portal for the client companies of the group, maintaining the current set of services, such as requesting and managing medical appointments, managing centres and employees, or downloading documents
To create a unified portal in a short time using the rapid development capabilities of OutSystems
This new portal must keep the current functions of each of the four companies unified into Quirón Prevención, maintaining the log of requests, documents and organisational structure of the companies to be integrated.
As a portal aimed at the client companies of the group, it must focus on improving user experience, as well as automating processes that were previously managed manually, and reducing publication times for new functions.
Agile project approach and use of low-code development technology.
- Using the market-leading low-code platform OutSystems, and using their best development and architecture practice.
- Reduction in publication times of new functions through the use of devops tools from the OutSystems development platform.

Design, construction and deployment of a unified portal, maintaining current capabilities in addition to new supplementary and common features for all societies, providing an enhanced user experience.
