Business Processes and RPA
Business Process Management (BPM) focuses on optimising business processes in order to improve operational agility and corporate performance. Although BPM refers to a discipline, not a type of technology, in most organisations it is closely linked to modelling, analytics, and automation software solutions, among others. Business process automation is therefore simply a branch of BPM, and one of its specialities is RPA, the main focus of which is user-level automation.
