Hyperautomation is about scaling up the automation of business processes (production chains, workflows, marketing processes, etc.) by applying artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and robotic process automation (RPA).  

To go on this journey with our customers, we propose different approaches depending on the business objectives: 

We propose an initial stage, in which we analyse the tactical objectives, focusing on the short term by automating repetitive tasks with little added value, and in which we rely on accelerators based on RPA technology. It is a stage where we think about complex processes, the knowledge and performance of people and the use of digital force (robots), and there is a need to carry out integrations with other systems.
