A service mobile app was built that acted as the main GISS app, enabling citizens to consult information and carry out certain procedures.
The solution implemented by BABEL was based on the unification of several apps on a single architecture, CLEAN, based on SOLID principles on the different mobile platforms (Android, iOS and Windows Phone) in order to merge the Social Sec. Appointment Scheduling, Social Sec. Certificates and Inf, Social Sec. Social Sec. Mobile and Social Security Status Report apps.
We took the opportunity to reconceptualise and redesign the apps, improving usability and process conversion without losing sight of aspects regarding mobile accessibility.
It was put into products in the stores in order to be as transparent as possible, using the same publication identifier to ensure rapid distribution and keep users informed of the new version once they accessed after the update.
We facilitate access with multiple levels of authentication, including Cl@ve, and the management of various languages.
The functions and flows that were redesigned and optimised were: the generating of reports for citizens, the management of Appointment Scheduling, informative news, directory and offices of the various areas forming the Social Security (National Social Security Institute, Social Navy Institute and General Social Security Treasury), as well as the Hospital Ship and the management of links of interest.
