BABEL - ING, a relationship of more than 15 years

ING has been in Spain for more than 20 years, working for and with its customers as the first 100% online bank in Europe. Its customer satisfaction surveys offer very good results. This is due to a constant process of continuous improvement to adapt to their needs. That is why BABEL has always assisted in optimising methods of work, participating in agile transformation right from the outset over eight years ago and as pioneers, particularly in the financial sector.
