BABEL has a comprehensive quality system based on Operational, Strategic and Support processes aimed to continuous improvement and to fulfill our clients needs.

The system – with certification UNE-EN ISO9001:2008, UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004, ISO-IEC 27001:2007 and ISO/IEC 20000:2011 an with a "maturity" level 3 in CMMI development and 2 in CMMI services – was created to optimize efficiency by reducing costs and improving the service quality.
 
This way, our monitoring processes are more effective. They minimize errors and reduce overcosts, exceeding our clients' expectations and ensuring satisfactory results.
