BABEL collaborated in the implementation and operation of a Management Office at the Sub-Directorate General for New Justice Ministry Technology to perform the following tasks:

  • Monitoring and coordination of the status and progress of the projects. Among them: Records Offices (Inforeg), Judicial Application (Lexnet, Minerva), District Attorney's Offices...

BABEL defined and deployed a management model that established both the relationship model and the procedures for operating the office. Over the course of its duration, coordination mechanisms and information flows were streamlined and perfected, reaching a high level of operational efficiency.

In addition, the Project Office conducted the management (and sometimes response) of parliamentary questions submitted to the Sub-Directorate General for New Justice Ministry Technology.
