The SAS, and specifically the STIC (Subdirección de Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones [Office of Information Technology and Communications]) are immersed in a global change process in the technological, operational and provider-related model. This change requires the creation of a specialised unit, the Technical Project Office, which can support and drive the transformation of the model within the organisation, guaranteeing that change management and the service's operations are effectively carried out under a new paradigm.
Therefore, the STIC created a Technical Project Office, with a global and synergistic scope for all areas of the STIC.
